Vitastiq: Are you getting the vitamins and minerals you need?

Hey hey!
Let's take a break from beauty products and let me share with you my current diet habit.
The aim that I had was to develop a healthy diet plan and engage in a workout that I enjoy, and I'm glad to report that I managed to do just that.

But before I go into the details, let me cover how I discovered what factors I should take into consideration when deciding on my diet plan.

Our body is really amazing, it produces all the cells we need to function properly from cells that transport nutrients and oxygen, sends nerve signals, and formulate chemical messengers to keep our organs functioning. However, for our body to do all this, it requires some raw materials, like vitamins, minerals and dietary components, which the body cannot produce on its own in sufficient quantity.

WHAT ARE VITAMINS?

Vitamins are the organic compounds we ingest in small amounts to keep the body functioning.
They are the body's builders, defenders, and maintenance workers that help to build muscles and bones, make use of nutrients, protect the body, capture and use energy, and heal wounds.

TYPES OF VITAMINS

Water-soluble Vitamins
Taken up directly by the bloodstream

Vitamin C & B Complex
[Biotin (vitamin B7),Folic acid (folate/ vitamin B9), Niacin (vitamin B3), Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Thiamin (vitamin B1), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12]

Most of these vitamins are not kept in the body and are passed out from the body via the kidney, so they need to be replenished daily.

Lipid-soluble Vitamins
Require bile to breakdown, and are then transported by attaching to proteins.

Vitamin A, D, E & K

These vitamins tend to be stored in liver and in fat cells, so you shouldn't overload on these vitamins.

WHAT ARE MINERALS?

Minerals are inorganic compounds we ingest in small amounts that regulate the body's process and health. They

TYPES OF MINERALS

Macrominerals
These minerals are needed in relatively large amounts by the body and they are transported throughout the body in different ways.

Calcium, Chloride, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium & Sulfur

Trace Minerals
These minerals are needed in relatively small amounts by the body

Chromium, Copper, Fluoride, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium & Zinc

So now you know a little better about what are the different types of vitamins and minerals your body needs! And, yes~ this was what I based my diet plans on... on the nutrients that my body needs. But to do that, I needed a way to track, so now~ let me move on to the part where I share with you a little more about this amazing device that I've been using to track all of these nutrients!

If you are too lazy to read, here's a video that I've done to cover some of what I wrote below!

HOW DOES VITASTIQ COME INTO PLAY?

This device provides an insight into one's vitamin and mineral levels and personalized advice on improving vitality with the right choice of nutrients.

This allows users to act timely and take the adequate steps to preserve his/her well-being. Vitastiq mobile app saves and evaluates the history of measurements so that the user can keep track of the progress and develop a diet plan that can be beneficial in motivating one to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

WHY IS VITASTIQ SO SPECIAL?

This nutrient status check gadget is an example of what can be accomplished when traditional knowledge and modern design&technology are paired up.

Based on a method called Electroacupuncture (EAV) by Dr. Voll, which traces its roots back to acupuncture, this device is unlike the other professional and much bigger EAV devices that have been around for many decades and are being used by pharmacists and other experts, Vitastiq's device is light, small and convenient to use!

BEST TIME TO MEASURE

The recommendation is to perform each status check at about the same time of the day because the readings can be affected by different factors, such as food intake, fitness activities, stress, etc.

In other words, the vitamin and mineral levels in the body change constantly. The key issue here is that each person is different, their conditions differ, they don’t have the same needs. There are many different circumstances and situations, thus the same recommendation cannot be applied to everyone. Vitastiq can help you keep track of those differences.

The Vitastiq application will provide you the relevant information about each and every vitamin and mineral frequency measurement. The frequency of measurement depends on personal needs, but it is advisable to check the status of your vitamin and mineral levels once a week.

Measuring and monitoring your vitamin and mineral status contributes to a smart lifestyle.

HOW EASY IS IT TO USE?

Vitastiq is a device that requires a certain learning process. Initially, the measurements will take longer (for measuring 10 vitamins, approximately 5 min), but with frequent usage, the time required to obtain accurate measurements will improve.

Smartphone cannot be held in hand nor should it be in contact with your skin while measuring
Do not charge your smartphone while measuring

Do not measure on metal surface as it can interfere with electrical conductivity

HOW DOES THIS DEVICE BENEFIT ME?

I take my measurements about an hour after my last meal of the day and in the morning before I consume anything for the insight of what my body lacks and need for the day. And personally, I find that it gives me a sense of motivation to eat properly and healthy, as well as to cultivate a habit of healthy eating and exercise.

I would recommend this to people who are in the Health industry, be it a fitness/ diet planning business as a means for your clients to measure their progress and anyone else who has some extra money to spare and is really keen in eating clean and being healthy.
